Articulo 69º.- El Concesionario debe mantener archivos fisicos y mecanizados conteniendo la siguiente informacion:
a) Estandares y especificaciones de los materiales utilizados en la instalacion del sistema tales como tuberias, equipos, accesorios, etc. b) Registros de las pruebas de presion. c) Planos y documentos "conforme a obra". d) Protocolos de comisionado y actas de recepcion de equipos, instrumentos y sistemas. e) Registros periodicos del estado de la Proteccion Catodica de las tuberias de MORDAZA enterradas. f) Registros de los programas de control de la corrosion de las tuberias de acero. g) Registros de los resultados de las inspecciones y vigilancia de las Lineas del Sistema de Distribucion, del programa de deteccion de fugas y de las reparaciones efectuadas. h) Registro de los reportes de accidentes, incidentes y emergencias del Sistema de Distribucion. i) Registro de las modificaciones realizadas en el Sistema de Distribucion. TITULO IX NORMAS COMPLEMENTARIAS Articulo 70º.- Las normas que se indican continuacion son de aplicacion complementaria en diseno, construccion, operacion y mantenimiento para servicio de Distribucion, en la version que este vigente momento de desarrollar la actividad normada. PROCEDIMIENTO DE INSTALACION DE TUBERIAS MULTICAPAS COMPUESTAS DE PE-AL-PE Y/O PEX-AL-PEX EN INSTALACIONES RESIDENCIALES Y COMERCIALES DE GAS NATURAL CAPITULO PRIMERO DISPOSICIONES GENERALES Articulo 1º.- Objeto Establecer el procedimiento que se debe cumplir en el diseno y construccion de las instalaciones para Suministro de gas en edificaciones residenciales y comerciales con tuberias compuestas de Pe-Al-Pe y/o PeX-Al-PeX, asi como las pruebas a que se deben someter tales instalaciones para verificar su operabilidad y seguridad. Articulo 2º.- MORDAZA de Aplicacion Las instalaciones para Suministro de gas consideradas en este procedimiento comprenden los sistemas de tuberia multicapa compuesta de Pe-Al-Pe y/o PeX-AlPeX, sus accesorios, valvulas y otros componentes que conformen cualquier linea individual interior, linea matriz o linea montante (lineas definidas por la NTP 111.011 2006) y que comprenden desde la salida de la valvula de servicio al final de la tuberia de conexion hasta los puntos donde se empalman los conectores de los artefactos de consumo. Las tuberias de Pe-Al-Pe y/o PeX-Al-PeX pueden utilizarse tanto en interiores de las edificaciones como en los tramos enterrados de las instalaciones internas fuera de las edificaciones. La tuberia de Pe-Al-Pe y/o PeX-Al-PeX no debe operar a temperaturas superiores a 60º C ni por debajo de -20º C.
